The NOW Gen bootcamp is a 5-day experience for female student leaders AND their mentors coupled with a 6-month mentorship that will develop student leaders in communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Girls are not the leaders of tomorrow. They are the leaders of today. They are our generation NOW! And it is time to prepare them to take their places on platforms, stages, summit panels and leadership positions around the globe. It is time that their voices are heard.
We desperately need the NOW generation to raise their voice for change. They are the revolution that will bring joy, justice, peace, and strength to our churches, our businesses, and our futures. We are here to help prepare the way!
Meet our Camp Co-Leads
Nikki Tigg
Nikki Tigg is a wife, mom, writer, speaker and encourager. She led weekly small groups for 5 years before joining the staff in 2017 as Student Ministry Associate at New Vision Baptist Church. She stepped out of that role in January 2022 to accept a role with Operation Saving Life, helping abortion-minded women when they choose life. She has a passion for helping girls understand their identity in Christ as well as encouraging women through her social media and new podcast, called Constant Surrender. Her heart explodes each time she gets the opportunity to encourage teens and women to surrender to Jesus’ leading one decision at a time. Nikki also loves spending time with her family, bargain shopping, the beach and watching her son play baseball.
Kaitlyn Holmgren
Kaitlyn is a Youth Pastor at a church outside of Seattle. She is all in for equipping, launching, and working with the next generation of teens leaders. Kaitlyn studied Nonprofit Leadership & Management at Arizona State University. She never imagined herself working at a church, but God has other plans! Equipped with a crystal clear vision of her calling, she is a dynamic leader, actively restoring broken church systems. She is a huge fan of iced coffee, chips, snowboarding, and Jesus.
